Cancellation Policy: Full refund for cancellations made at least 14 days in advance of your check-in date. Bookings Canceled 7-14 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund. Unfortunately, there is no refund after that.

Rest Co. has five rooms in the main hotel (Suite 001, Coop 002, Coop 003, Coop 004, and Suite 005) plus Heath's Cabin, a restored cottage. Each hotel room sleeps two, the cottage sleeps four, and the whole property sleeps up to 14 guests.

Suite 001 is the largest room, with a private entrance, a soaking tub, and separate seating and eating areas. Suite 005 is the second largest, also with a private entrance, a soaking tub, and a separate seating area. For more space, Heath's Cabin adds a living room, dining area, and kitchenette.

Yes. Heath's Cabin is a restored cottage that sleeps up to four, with a bedroom, a sleeping loft, a living room, a dining area, a kitchenette, and a separate soaking-tub room. It also has a desk and monitor if you need to work.

Dogs are welcome in every room. Dogs under 50 pounds can stay in any Coop room, and dogs up to 75 pounds in the suites. There's a $50 fee per dog, with a limit of two dogs per room.

Rooms feature queen beds, luxury finishes, and robes and towels. Depending on the room, you'll find soaking tubs, oversized rain showers or walk-in showers with natural light, seating areas, a TV, and a fridge and minibar.

Cancel at least 14 days before check-in for a full refund. Cancellations 7 to 14 days before check-in receive a 50% refund, and there is no refund for cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival.
What about those pups?
We love those furry friends of yours. We allow all dogs under 50lbs in any of our Coops, and under 75lbs in the Suite.
There is a $50 pup tax added to the room as well.

Our beautifully appointed bar is all you need to cozy up on the winter days and get some sun on those summer ones. With a long clean bar top suitable for Hemingway our mixologist is ready to stir up anything you can throw his way.
